Common Rules
- Equipment players supply their own controllers and cables.
- Legacy Equipment PS3 controllers are banned; buy a brook converter please.
- Console PS4 is preferred for all games, unless the game is an exclusive.
- One coach per player, given 30 seconds between rounds. Coaches must be declared before the match starts.
- Unsolicited Coaching is prohibited, an affected player may request the round be voided in response. Unsolicited coaches will be asked to leave.
- 1-P Disconnect, the first player must de-synchronize all other controllers. If they fail to do so they forfeit the round (or game if it’s DBFZ).
- Forced Forfeit, a forfeit (e.g. 1-P disconnect) may not be excused. Refusing a forfeit will cause both players to receive a lost round or game.
- Outside Interference by other players or an equipment malfunction which prevents the players from fairly competing causes the current round to be voided. The bracket runner determines what is and is not outside interference.
- Resolution is fixed at 1080p.
- Top 4 Games are increased by one win from the rest of the tournament. i.e. if it was first to two until winners finals, it is now a first to three. This applies to Winners Finals, Losers Finals, and Grand Finals.
